Pakistan, Sept. 7 -- Israeli airstrikes killed at least 11 people in southern Lebanon on Monday, including children and two medics. The attacks struck residential areas and a civilian vehicle in Kfar Rumman. Lebanon's state news reported the casualties as Israeli strikes continue despite a June ceasefire.
