Pakistan, Aug. 23 -- Israel strike in southern Syria injured civilians after a drone hit a civilian vehicle near Beit Jinn village west of Damascus. Syria condemned the incident as a blatant violation of its territory and sovereignty.

Syrian state television reported that at least one person was injured in the attack. The Foreign Ministry said the drone targeted a civilian car on a road near the village, causing injuries among civilians.

Meanwhile, the Israeli military said it targeted a person it described as a terrorist in southern Syria. Israel claimed the individual posed an immediate threat to its soldiers but did not provide details about the method used.
