Pakistan, July 27 -- Israel's Security Cabinet has approved a legal framework that would allow an international force to enter designated areas of Gaza, marking a significant step in efforts to stabilise parts of the territory following months of conflict.

According to a senior Israel's Security Cabinet official cited by international media, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's Security Cabinet endorsed the proposal during a meeting on Sunday. The initiative would establish an "International Stabilisation Force" to operate in selected areas of Gaza.
