Pakistan, Sept. 9 -- Israel has ordered the British consulate in East Jerusalem to close within 30 days, according to Israeli officials and sources. British diplomats assigned there could also lose their accreditation.

Two sources familiar with the matter said British representatives involved in a US-led Gaza coordination mission must leave within seven days. British diplomats based in Ramallah were also reportedly given the same deadline.
