Pakistan, Sept. 9 -- Israel said Tuesday it would close Britain's consulate in East Jerusalem after the UK, France and Canada announced trade restrictions. The three countries plan to block imports from Israeli settlements in the occupied West Bank. Israeli Foreign Minister Gideon Saar announced the decision. He also said Britain would leave a US-led coordination mission for Gaza. Israel will also restrict entry for several British officials and other nationals.
