Pakistan, Aug. 18 -- Israel carried out eight airstrikes on Syria's Abu al-Duhur military airbase on Tuesday. The strikes targeted the runway and storage facilities, according to foreign media reports. No casualties were reported following the attacks.
A military source and a resident near the airbase confirmed the strikes, according to the reports. The facility lies about 70 kilometres from the Turkish border in northwestern Syria. The attacks reportedly caused damage to key infrastructure at the site.
