Pakistan, Oct. 30 -- International Training Center (ITC), in partnership with Lifesaver CPR & First Aid Trainings, organized a Hands-Only CPR awareness activity in Islamabad on October 30. The event marked CPR Month and supported the American Heart Association's mission to promote life-saving skills. Lifesaver CPR & First Aid Trainings operates as an AHA-aligned training site.

The activity brought together students, faculty members and staff for practical training in responding to cardiac emergencies. Instructors demonstrated how to recognize cardiac arrest, call emergency services and begin chest compressions.
