Pakistan, May 16 -- Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar visited the Data Darbar shrine in Lahore on Saturday, where he offered Fateha and prayed for national security and prosperity. The visit highlights the government's focus on improving religious heritage sites and public facilities. He also reviewed ongoing development projects at the shrine complex.

During the visit, Dar chaired a meeting on development work and arrangements for the shrine's ghusl ceremony. Officials briefed him on renovation efforts and administrative measures aimed at improving services for pilgrims. Moreover, senior provincial and Auqaf department officials attended the briefing.
