Pakistan, June 10 -- Iran does not seek war but will not compromise on its sovereignty and national dignity, President Masoud Pezeshkian said on Wednesday. He warned that Iran cannot be forced into submission through threats or external pressure. The remarks come amid rising regional tensions and affect ongoing diplomatic efforts.
Speaking at a ceremony in Tehran marking the anniversary of Ayatollah Khomeini's death, Pezeshkian said prolonged conflict would not serve Iran's interests.
