Pakistan, June 6 -- Iran's national football team has received visas to enter the United States ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, according to a US official, easing uncertainty just days before the team's opening match of the tournament.

The development comes after Iranian officials had previously expressed concern over delays in the visa process. While players have now reportedly been cleared for entry, several members of the team's administrative delegation are still awaiting approval.
