Pakistan, Aug. 10 -- Indonesia's top Islamic clerical body has warned men against wearing women's clothing during Independence Day celebrations. The Indonesian Ulema Council declared the practice "haram," meaning forbidden under Islamic law. The warning comes ahead of Indonesia's Independence Day on August 17. The council said the move aims to prevent what it described as a campaign linked to LGBT issues.
