Pakistan, May 25 -- Indian merchant sailors are increasingly exposed to danger as the ongoing Middle East conflict disrupts shipping routes in and around the Strait of Hormuz, one of the world's most critical energy corridors.

According to reports, several Indian seafarers have been affected by attacks on commercial vessels during the escalation linked to regional hostilities involving the United States and Israel.
