Pakistan, July 5 -- Sindh Irrigation Minister Jam Khan Shoro has said that India is plotting a deep conspiracy to breach the Indus Water Treaty, which could prove disastrous for the region's peace. Addressing an important and urgent press Conference here at the Hyderabad Press Club, the Irrigation Minister said that in 1947, the water of the newborn country was stopped by using water as a weapon. The Indus River is named after Sindh, and the Indus River also has a sacred status for Hindus.
