Pakistan, July 26 -- India defeated Zimbabwe by 90 runs in the second Twenty20 International on Saturday to clinch the three-match series. Half-centuries from Ishan Kishan and Tilak Varma guided the visitors to an unassailable 2-0 lead.

Kishan scored 81 off 44 balls, while Varma remained unbeaten on 60 from 29 deliveries. India posted 219-5 after being put in to bat at Harare Sports Club.

Kishan shared a 66-run partnership with captain Shreyas Iyer before adding 95 runs with Varma. Meanwhile, teenage batter Vaibhav Sooryavanshi scored 20 after making his maiden T20I fifty in the opening match.

Zimbabwe struggled in reply and were bowled out for 129 in 17.5 overs. ...
