Pakistan, Oct. 5 -- India and the United States have reached a plateau in negotiations over a proposed trade agreement. Indian Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman said both sides face difficulty making further progress. She made the comments during an event in New Delhi on Monday.
Sitharaman said further concessions from either country would prove very difficult. She added that both sides could act if negotiations still offered room for movement. Her remarks suggested that discussions have reached a challenging stage.
