Pakistan, June 10 -- The legal dispute surrounding a luxury apartment once owned by former prime minister Imran Khan has returned to the Islamabad High Court, as residents of the controversial One Constitution Avenue project seek protection from possible eviction.

A division bench comprising Justice Mohammad Azam Khan and Justice Raja Inaam Ameen Minhas heard intra-court appeals filed by residents of the high-end residential complex.
