Pakistan, Sept. 4 -- The Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Islamabad on Thursday adjourned without proceedings the post-arrest bail petitions of Senator Mushtaq Ahmed and 95 other accused in a case registered over a protest concerning Kashmir in Sector F-10 of the federal capital. ATC Judge Abual Hasnat Muhammad Zulqarnain heard the case. The proceedings could not advance as the investigating officer was busy at the Islamabad High Court and did not appear before the trial court. The case record was also not produced. The court adjourned further hearing until September 7, and directed the parties to present their arguments at the next hearing.
