Pakistan, April 14 -- A former student opened fire at a high school in southeastern Turkiye, injuring 16 people. The attack shocked the local community and prompted a major police response. Students, staff, and families were directly affected by the violence.

The shooting occurred in the Siverek district of Şanlıurfa province. The 19-year-old attacker used a rifle during the incident, officials said. Security forces were quickly deployed to secure the school area.
