Pakistan, June 5 -- The Higher Education Commission has introduced new guidelines for the recognition of foreign degrees in Pakistan. The policy requires students to verify the approved mode of study before enrolling abroad. Current and future students pursuing international qualifications could be affected by the updated rules.

According to the HEC advisory, students must ensure their chosen programs are recognized by the relevant accrediting authority in the host country. The commission stressed that academic programs must comply with officially approved study formats. Students have been advised to confirm all details with their institutions before starting their studies.
