Pakistan, April 22 -- The Pakistan Meteorological Department has forecast a sharp rise in temperatures across several parts of the country, with mercury expected to cross 40 degrees Celsius in multiple regions. The heatwave-like conditions are likely to intensify daytime temperatures, particularly in Sindh, Balochistan, and Punjab.
According to the forecast, Dadu district may record temperatures up to 44degC, while Jacobabad, Rohri, Mohenjo Daro, and Larkana could reach 43degC. In Balochistan, Sibi and Turbat are expected to touch 42degC, reflecting extreme heat conditions in southern regions.
