Pakistan, Sept. 23 -- Medical examiners have completed their investigation into Hayden Panettiere's death. Over one month after the Nashville star was found unresponsive at a South Carolina home, the Greenville County Coroner's Office ruled that she died as a result of drugs in her system at age 36 on Aug. 16.

"The cause of death has been ruled as toxic effects of fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol and Quetiapine," read a release from the Greenville County Coroner's Office shared with E! News on Sept. 22. "The manner of death has been ruled accident."
