Pakistan, Sept. 12 -- Hayden Panettiere's on-and-off boyfriend Brian Hickerson has reportedly been in talks with federal law enforcement following the actress' suspected overdose death. Panettiere, best known for playing role on the hit NBC series, Heroes, passed away at the young age of 36, with police reportedly saying there were 'no signs of foul play.' It was later reported that Hickerson was at the Greenville, South Carolina, condo when Panettiere was pronounced dead, has met with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), a source claimed to TMZ.
