Pakistan, Oct. 26 -- Pakistani actress and producer Hareem Farooq has shared a personal morning ritual in which she expresses gratitude to her body, saying she appreciates the role her body parts play in helping her navigate everyday life.

Farooq, who has worked in both television dramas and films, said she makes a habit of thanking her arms, legs and entire body for carrying her through life and keeping her moving forward.
