Pakistan, Sept. 18 -- Jamaat-i-Islami chief Hafiz Naeemur Rehman said his party could cancel its planned march if the government ends the petroleum levy. He said the party has no interest in holding protests for their own sake. Naeem made the remarks while addressing public gatherings in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said the government could prevent the march by abolishing the levy immediately. The statement comes ahead of the party's planned protest over fuel prices.
