Pakistan, Oct. 18 -- Sindh Governor Syed Muhammad Nehal Hashmi made a surprise visit to the Green Line Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) extension project and reviewed the ongoing construction work along the route from Numaish Chowrangi to Municipal Park. He interacted with workers and other staff present at the site and stressed the need to accelerate construction so that the people of Karachi could benefit from the project as soon as possible.

Speaking to the media, Governor Sindh stated that the Green Line BRT extension project is scheduled for completion during the current fiscal year. Under the project, stations are being constructed along a 1.8-kilometre route, and the federal government has already released its allocated share of funds.
