Pakistan, Aug. 15 -- The Sindh Government's Department of Sports and Youth Affairs has launched sports competitions and flag-hoisting ceremonies across 30 districts of the province on Independence Day.

As part of these celebrations, a two-day Sports Gala was organized at the Sindh Youth Club in Gulistan-e-Jauhar under the department's supervision.

The Sports Gala formally began with a flag-hoisting and cake-cutting ceremony, attended by Parliamentary Secretary Saima Agha, Director of Sports Asad Ishaq, Deputy Director of Youth Syed Habibullah, DSO Ismail Shah, officials of the Sports Department, organizers, and youth participants.
