Pakistan, Aug. 4 -- The government has reduced petrol and diesel prices under its new daily fuel pricing mechanism. According to the latest notification, petrol prices fell by Rs4.08 per litre, while high-speed diesel became cheaper by Rs2.45 per litre. The revised rates took effect on August 4. Officials said the changes reflect movements in international oil markets over the previous week.
