Pakistan, Sept. 28 -- Federal Minister Amir Muqam has said all legal requirements for governor's rule exist in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He said the situation could change at any time. Muqam made the remarks while speaking to reporters in Peshawar.

Muqam said KP residents had faced terrorism for years and continued to make sacrifices. He stressed the need for stronger measures to restore peace across the province. He also said security remains essential for development and public welfare.
