ISLAMABAD, Sept. 10 -- The government has asked Jamaat-e-Islami for three more days to consider its demands on the petroleum levy. Both sides completed another round of talks in Islamabad on Thursday. The government asked JI to delay its planned long march towards Islamabad. Officials requested additional time to review the party's proposals for public relief. The government wants three more days before providing a final response.
