Pakistan, Oct. 30 -- The government has maintained the petrol price but increased the rate of high-speed diesel. The Petroleum Division has issued a notification confirming the revised fuel prices for October 30. Diesel has become 85 paisa per litre more expensive under the new rates.

According to the notification, the diesel price has risen by 85 paisa per litre. The new rate now stands at Rs 400.67 per litre.

Meanwhile, petrol prices remain unchanged. The government has kept the petrol rate at Rs 377.91 per litre.

The latest notification confirms that the price adjustment applies only to diesel. Consumers will continue to pay the existing rate for petrol.
