Pakistan, July 3 -- The prices of gold witnessed a significant increase in the local market on Thursday, with the price of 24-karat gold per tola rising by Rs 9,100 to settle at Rs 428,736, according to rates issued by the All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs 7,802 to Rs 367,572, while the price of 10 grams of 22-karat gold climbed by Rs 7,152 to Rs 336,953. In the international market, the price of gold gained $91 to reach $4,063 per ounce. Meanwhile, the price of silver per tola increased by Rs203 to Rs 6,445, while the price of 10 grams of silver rose by Rs 174 to Rs5,525.
