Pakistan, June 29 -- Gold prices declined once again in Pakistan on Monday, following a drop in international bullion rates, according to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association.

The price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs2,300, bringing the new rate to Rs428,936 across the country.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs1,972 to Rs367,743, reflecting the downward trend in both local and global precious metals markets.

Jewellers attributed the latest decline to a fall in international gold prices, which continue to influence domestic rates. The local bullion market typically adjusts prices in line with changes in global markets and fluctuations in the exchange rate.
