Pakistan, Sept. 25 -- Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday, with the per-tola rate reaching Rs453,036. The latest rise followed stronger international gold prices during the session. Local gold gained Rs4,700 compared with the previous trading day.

According to the latest market rates, 10-gram gold reached Rs388,404. The price increased by Rs4,029 during the day. The rates were shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association.

Meanwhile, international gold prices also moved higher on Friday. The international rate increased by $47 per ounce. As a result, the global gold price reached $4,305 per ounce during the session.
