Pakistan, Aug. 9 -- Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Saturday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs456,536 after a gain of Rs2,200 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs391,406 after it increased by Rs1,887, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Friday, gold price per tola reached Rs454,336 after a gain of Rs5,100 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $22 to reach $4,341 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver decreased by Rs113 to reach Rs6,826 per tola.
