Pakistan, Aug. 27 -- Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Thursday, following a decline in international gold rates. The local price dropped by Rs3,500 per tola during the day. Gold reached Rs483,036 per tola, according to industry data.

The All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association released the latest market rates. Ten-gram gold also declined during Thursday's trading session. Its price fell by Rs3,001 to reach Rs414,125.

The latest decline followed another fall recorded in the domestic market on Wednesday. Gold had dropped by Rs600 per tola during the previous session. The price stood at Rs486,536 per tola after that decline.
