Pakistan, Sept. 23 -- Gold prices in Pakistan fell on Wednesday as rates also declined in the international market. The local price dropped Rs1,800 per tola to Rs453,936. Silver prices also decreased during the day.

According to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association, gold prices declined locally. The price of 10-gram gold fell by Rs1,544. It reached Rs389,176 after the latest decrease.

The international gold rate also moved lower during the day. Global prices declined by $18 per ounce. The international rate reached $4,314 per ounce following the latest drop.
