Pakistan, June 25 -- The gold imports into the country declined by 47.79 percent during the first eleven months of the current fiscal year as compared to the corresponding period of last year, Pakistan Bureau of Statistics (PBS) reported. The gold imports during July-May (2025-26) were recorded at $16.090 million as compared to the imports of $30.817 million during July-May (2024-25), according to the data. In terms of quantity, Pakistan imported 306 kilograms of gold during the months under review as compared to the imports of 391 kilograms last year, showing a decline of 21.65 percent.
