Pakistan, Feb. 25 -- Chairman of the Senate Syed Yousaf Raza Gilani and Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf bin Saeed Ahmad Al-Malkiy discussed Pakistan-Saudi bilateral relations in detail, along with the regional and global situation, challenges facing the Muslim Ummah, and avenues for enhanced cooperation across various sectors.
The discussion took place during an iftar dinner hosted by the Saudi ambassador in Islamabad on Monday evening. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening the historic, deep-rooted, and brotherly ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, and to expanding cooperation into new areas.
