Pakistan, June 30 -- One of the world's largest container ships, MSC Loreto, has arrived at the South Asia Pakistan Terminals at Karachi Port, marking another milestone for Pakistan's maritime sector. According to the Karachi Port Trust, the vessel's arrival highlights the port's growing ability to accommodate some of the largest container ships operating worldwide.

MSC Loreto measures 399.9 metres in length and has a carrying capacity of 24,346 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs), placing it among the world's biggest container vessels. During its latest visit, the ship transported 3,802 TEUs of cargo destined for Karachi, supporting commercial activity and the movement of imported goods through the country's busiest seaport.
