Pakistan, June 21 -- The Election Commission has announced the allocation of reserved seats for the Gilgit-Baltistan Assembly following the completion of the electoral process.
According to the official allocation, the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) secured the largest share of women's reserved seats, winning three seats.
The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) were allotted one women's reserved seat each. The Election Commission also distributed three technocrat seats among political parties on the basis of their representation in the assembly. Under the allocation, PPP, PML-N and IPP were each awarded one technocrat seat.
