Pakistan, May 16 -- Security forces killed nine terrorists after repulsing an attack on an army camp in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Bajaur district. Four security personnel were martyred during the overnight gun battle, according to official sources. The assault highlighted rising militant violence across KP and growing security concerns in border regions.

Official sources said terrorists belonging to Fitna-al-Khawarij attacked the camp late Thursday night using explosives and heavy gunfire. The attackers attempted to enter the facility through one of its gates after detonating explosives nearby.
