Pakistan, April 23 -- Four pedestrians were injured in a hand grenade explosion in Kalat late Wednesday night, in an incident that has raised fresh concerns about security in the region.

According to police officials, unidentified assailants riding a motorcycle threw a hand grenade on a road in the Killi Pindrani area before fleeing the scene. The explosion injured four civilians who were passing through the area at the time of the attack.
