Pakistan, April 3 -- At least five civilians, including three women and a child, were killed in a suicide attack outside a police station in Bannu, according to security sources. The incident occurred when a suicide bomber attempted to target people gathered near the Domail police station, causing casualties and injuries.

Officials said the attack was carried out by militants linked to Fitna al-Khawarij. While the main target appeared to be the police facility, the assault resulted in the loss of civilian lives. Four others sustained serious injuries and were immediately shifted to nearby hospitals for medical treatment.
