Pakistan, May 25 -- At least five members of a family were killed in a shooting incident linked to a property dispute in Quetta, police officials said on Monday.

According to authorities, the incident took place in the Chaki Shahwani area, where armed assailants allegedly entered a house and opened indiscriminate fire on members of the family. The victims included a father, his three sons, and a daughter, all of whom died at the scene.
Police said the attack was reportedly triggered by an ongoing dispute over property ownership. Investigators believe tensions between the parties had existed for some time before the violence erupted.
