Pakistan, May 12 -- A passenger aircraft flight travelling from Chennai-Abu Dhabi caught fire before take-off, prompting an emergency response and safe evacuation of all passengers, according to Indian media reports.

The incident occurred at Chennai airport when flames were reportedly spotted in one of the aircraft's wings during preparations for departure.
