Pakistan, May 12 -- A passenger aircraft flight travelling from Chennai-Abu Dhabi caught fire before take-off, prompting an emergency response and safe evacuation of all passengers, according to Indian media reports.

The incident occurred at Chennai airport when flames were reportedly spotted in one of the aircraft's wings during preparations for departure. Pilots are said to have noticed the fire before take-off procedures were completed, allowing airport authorities to immediately halt the flight and activate emergency protocols.
