Pakistan, July 12 -- A federal cabinet reshuffle is expected as Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has reportedly completed consultations with his close aides. According to sources, the government is considering bringing younger and new faces into the cabinet to improve overall performance.

Sources said the new members are likely to be appointed as Ministers of State. The prime minister is said to favor individuals who have demonstrated strong performance, commitment, and the ability to deliver results.
