Pakistan, Oct. 12 -- The process of collecting payments for the fourth phase of the Chief Minister Punjab Kissan Card Programme is set to begin. A spokesman of the Punjab Agriculture Department said here on Sunday that all Kissan Card holders would receive SMS notifications regarding payment of their outstanding bills on October 15, 2026. Farmers have been urged to ensure payment of their outstanding Kissan Card dues by October 26, 2026, to become eligible for a chance to win valuable prizes through a lucky draw. The prizes to be awarded through the draw will include tractors, mobile phones and motorcycles.
