Islamabad, Sept. 22 -- Former Indian army officer Colonel (retd) Shailendra Singh has discussed India's alleged use of Afghan territory. He made the remarks while discussing Indian activities concerning Pakistan. His comments have added to ongoing claims about regional security concerns.
