Pakistan, April 24 -- The European Union's foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas has called for nuclear experts to be included in any talks with Iran. She warned that excluding technical specialists could result in a weaker and more dangerous agreement. Her remarks came ahead of an informal EU leaders' summit in Cyprus.
Kallas said negotiations focused only on nuclear issues would be insufficient without expert participation. She stressed that discussions lacking technical input risk falling short of the earlier Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action. She said this could undermine long-term stability in the region.
