Pakistan, May 1 -- The Karachi Export Processing Zones Authority (EPZA) has successfully dispatched its first export consignment to Kyrgyzstan via land route, marking a significant step towards enhancing Pakistan's regional trade connectivity and export footprint.
The consignment, valued at $62,461.60 and comprising 2,113 packages, includes herbal oils, herbal tea, henna, creams, and soaps, reflecting the increasing diversity of Pakistan's value-added exports, said a news release here on Thursday.
Chairman EPZA said the initiative is part of ongoing efforts to enhance the country's exports in line with the government's broader economic strategy.
